Body Of Missing Man Pulled From Boston River Days After Search Began: Police
A days-long river search for a missing man ended on Wednesday, Aug. 30, when police found his body. The body, believed to be a 60-year-old man, was found in the Neponset River in the Boston neighborhood of Hyde Park around 1:10 p.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police. The search for the man, who police believed lived in a nearby homeless encampment, began on Monday. Rescuers, Divers Search For Person In Boston River
Officials launched a multi-unit search to find a person suspected to be in a Suffolk County river. A search crew began efforts to find a person who may be in the water at Neponset River Hyde Park around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28, according to the Boston Fire Department.
