No Charges For Driver Who Killed 5-Year-Old Girl In Andover: DA A tractor-trailer driver who killed a 5-year-old girl from Andover in May will not face any criminal charges, prosecutors announced on Friday, Nov. 17.  Sidney Olson was on her way to art class with her mom when she was hit and killed by the truck while crossing the street at Elm Square on May 9. She died at the scene, according to authorities. Cement Truck Rolls Off North Andover Road, Shutting Down Traffic Officials closed a road to deal with a cement truck that rolled off the road. The cement truck rolled over on Middleton Road on Tuesday, June 11, appearing to nearly flop into a body of water, according to a Tweet sent by the North Andover Fire Department. The truck appeared to roll off the road and towards a body of water.North Andover Fire Department The road was closed around noon.  The North Andover Fire Department and Police Department were among the organizations that responded to the incident.
