14-Year-Old Gunned Down Teenage Woman In Lawrence: DA A 14-year-old Lawrence boy was arrested and charged with shooting and killing a Lawrence woman on the street, authorities said.  Jobe Santiago is charged with murder following the Sept. 6 killing of Angie Aristy near 300 Howard St., the Essex County District Attorney. He is being tried as an adult.  A second teenager was charged with assault with an attempt to rob in the killing, the prosecutor said.
