Four Busted For Red Line Assault That Broke Rider's Nose During Robbery Attempt: DA Police in Boston arrested two women and two men in connection with the attempted robbery and beating of a Red Line rider last week, authorities said. They broke his nose and cut his face during the assault.  Ny-Jaya Monae Sampson, 19, of Boston, Seth Burns, 20, of Manchester, NH, and Sidney Amaral, 23, of Cambridge, were charged with four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault to rob, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.  A judge gave Sampson a $1,000 bail, and Burns was ordered held on a $2,000 bond, the prosecutor said. Update: Man Dies After Crashing Car Into Haverhill Carpet Store: Police A man drove his car into a carpet business's building, sending him to the hospital where he would later die, officials say.  The car was heading down Broadway around 2:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 30 when he crashed into the KC Carpets building at 35 Lafayette Square, according to Massachusetts State Police and Essex County District Attorney's office.  Police later identified the man as 23-year-old Kevin Casado, of Haverhill. 75-Year-Old Man Attacked By Two Young Men In Cambridge: Police Cambridge Police are investigating after a 75-year-old man said he was physically assaulted by two young men.  Police responded to Broadway for a report of a past aggravated assault and battery at 11:30 p.m. on Monday, June 14. Upon arrival, the man said he was attacked on Harvard Street earlier in the night, according to police.  The man declined medical treatment after he initially told his manager about the attack, police added.  No other information was released. The investigation is ongoing.
