The Maryland volleyball coach who posed as underage boys and girls to entice minors through social media copped to the crime and will spend nearly two decades in prison. Evan Thomas Harris Frock, 34, a substitute teacher and volleyball coach in Carroll County, pleaded in February to sexual exploitation of a child after targeting at least eight minors between the age of 9 and 17, federal authorities announced. A 24-year-old Maryland woman is facing federal charges following her arrest for sexual offenses involving a child in Maryland after state police released photos of her and tipsters stepped up, authorities announced.
