Ralph Ruark Declared Dead By EMS Inside Maryland Prison
A death investigation has been launched in Maryland after an 80-year-old inmate died at the Western Correctional Institution. Ralph Ruark has been identified as the inmate who was reported dead by EMS personnel on Saturday, June 22 at the Allegany County facility.
