Cecil Park Gunman Arrested, Sheriff Says An 18-year-old man has been arrested after police say he pointed a gun at a group of people gathered in a St. Mary's County park over the weekend. Javonte Taevon Fenwick, 18, of Hollywood, was seen pointing a firearm at a group at a pavilion on George B. Cecil Park in Valley Lee on Saturday, June 1, the county sheriff's office said.
