A day of mourning turned tragic for a family after a shooting outside a Maryland cemetery on Friday afternoon. Officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were called to a stretch of Sheriff Road in Landover at around 2 p.m. on Friday, not far from the National Harmony Memorial Park cemetery. Police say that three adults were shot while driving in a van that was leaving a funeral. They were all treated and evaluated for injuries considered not to be life-threatening. Police in Prince George’s County have identified a person of interest who was caught on camera shortly before a double shooting in Landover that left a 31-year-old dead. At approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, two people were shot at 7-Eleven in the 7200 block of Sheriff Road, where two victims were found suffering from gunshot wounds. Police in Prince George’s County confirmed that one person was killed in a shooting in Landover on Tuesday afternoon. At approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16 there was a call of a reported shooting at a 7-Eleven location in the 7200 block of Sheriff Road involving at least two victims.
