Harrowing video from a fatal crash scene has been released by the Maryland Attorney General's Office as it continues an investigation into the death of a 25-year-old woman. Last month, Adelphi native Jasmin Gimon was killed in a rollover crash by a driver attempting to evade a traffic stop in Montgomery County, leaving her family "shattered with a hole that can never be filled." Police have identified the innocent driver killed by a wrong-way car thief during a police pursuit on I-695 earlier this week. Dimeka Thornton, 37, of Windsor Mill, was operating an Acura TSX when she was struck by a driver in a stolen car in the outer loop, on the ramp to Exit 18 to Liberty Road around 12:15 a.m. Monday, April 8, the Maryland Attorney General's Office said in a release.
