Record-High Temperatures Reached At DMV Airports, National Weather Service Reports With temperatures pushing toward 100 degrees on Sunday afternoon, several airports in the DMV region have reported new highs, according to the National Weather Service. The victim was securing her 2-year-old in a car seat at the BWI Airport around 9 a.m., Monday, July 18 when Tiarra D. Davis, 36, got in the driver's seat and began driving away, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.
