At approximately 10:40 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 30, a driver struck the officer in the 10500 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Highway in Bowie, according to a spokesperson from the Prince George’s County Police Department. Corey Roberson, 38, was punched and kicked in the face by two men at the Shoppers store in Catonsville where he had been working for the past 16 years, the outlet says. This was the third time Roberson was attacked at the workplace where he is known as a "gentle giant," his parents told the news outlet. The prizewinning ticket was sold at the Shoppers store located at 10501 Martin Luther King Jr. Hwy. in Bowie, Prince George’s County. The winner had 182 days to claim their prize, officials said.
