Tonnaysha Wilkins, 24, of Waldorf, is facing charges following a bizarre domestic disturbance that ended up with her in custody after she was found storming about outside a Seal Place home. The incident was reported shortly before 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 7 in the 6200 block of Seal Place in Waldorf.
