Victim ID'd In Capitol Heights Single Car Crash: Police One person is dead following a single car crash in Prince George's County, authorities said. Boyce Abney, 52, of Washington, died in a single-car crash in the 6600 block of Sisalbed Drive in Capitol Heights, around 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, Prince George's Police said on Thursday.  Investigators believe Abney lost control of his car while driving south on Quarry Avenue and hit a tree. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
