Mugshot Of Accused Brandywine Ambulance Thief Released Police have released the mugshot of a man who they say led a police pursuit in a stolen ambulance and hitting several cars in the process over the weekend in Arlington. Darell T. Caldwell, 30, of Brandywine, MD, is facing federal charges after switching from a pickup truck to an ambulance in leading a pursuit and crashing multiple times along I-395 in Arlington, authorities said.
