Man Found Shot In Takoma Park Apartment
Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information connected to a homicide in Takoma Park, authorities announce. Officers located Maurice Chase Jr. 38, in the 6700 block of New Hampshire Avenue after responding to reports of a shooting around 12:40 a.m., Monday, Feb. 20, according to a Prince George's County Police spokesperson. Chase was found inside of an apartment building with gunshot wounds and rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died several hours later. Suspect From Tennessee Arrested In DC For Threatening Victim While Armed
A 21-year-old from Tennessee was arrested in D.C. for threatening a victim while armed on Wednesday, August 24, police said.Just before 1:30 p.m. the suspect approached an individual in the 1700 block of New Hampshire Avenue and threatened the victim with a handgun, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Police said they took the suspect, Dylan Nation, into custody and recovered his firearm. Nation was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, police said.

Police Release Images Of Wanted 7-Eleven Robbers
Police are asking fo the public's help identifying two suspects in an armed robbery of a Montgomery County convenience store, authorities say. The two suspects robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 15500 block of New Hampshire Avenue shortly after 1:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, according to Montgomery County Police. The suspects walked into the store and approached an employee, pointing a handgun at them and demanding money. The employee handed over the money from the cash register and the suspects left in a silver vehicle. One suspect is described as weighing approximately 200 pounds. He …
