A homeless man walking the streets of Washington DC has been arrested in connection to the burglaries of multiple churches in the District, authorities announced. Sequan Olney, 28, who has no known fixed address, has been apprehended after allegedly forcing his way into several churches, and destroying property before fleeing the area, police say. Police are offering a $25,000 reward to identify the suspect responsible for the murder of a 30-year-old man found dead in Lanham, authorities say. Steven Prescott Sollers was found shot to death in a wooded area in the 7700 block of Finns Lane when police were called for a welfare check around 8:45 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, according to Prince George's County police. A group of people had to get creative to help fend off a machete-wielding homeless man who unexpectedly attacked them in Maryland, police said. A man who allegedly threw his feces at prison guards is wanted on a warrant for assault filed by the Pennsylvania state police out of Carlisle. William Lloyd Aumuller, 53, "assaulted multiple guards with feces from his toilet and then resisted arrest while they attempted to restrain him," a release by Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers stated on Friday, May 13, 2022. A Maryland man received back-to-back life sentences for inhumanely murdering two young adults from Montgomery County three years ago, the Montgomery County State’s Attorney Office reports. Andy Panton, 23, was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without parole plus 60 years in prison for the murders of Jordan Radway, 23, and Christian Roberts, 24, both of Silver Spring, the office said.
