Two children suffered life-threatening injuries after crashing into a school bus in Montgomery County. At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 19, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel were called to the intersection of East Village and Plum Creek Drive in Gaithersburg to investigate a car that smashed into the side of a bus. Officials say that a child and young adult were transported to an area hospital with traumatic injuries, though there were no students on the school bus at the time of the crash.
