Suspects Charged In Prince George’s County Shooting Involving Unmarked Police Car Two suspects, both 19, were arrested in connection with a shooting involving an unmarked police car in Prince George’s County Wednesday morning, April 10. The incident occurred on Crain Highway just prior to Trade Zone Avenue around 11:05 a.m., PGPD said. The suspects — later identified as Xavier Stewart of Clinton and Noreon Moody of Bowie — fired at the officer, who was inside an unmarked police car while in the area as part of an investigation, according to police.
