On Monday afternoon, officers were called to the parking lot after being tipped off about a group of minors who were spotted using tools to break into cars. "The Crime Journal," by the Anne Arundel County Police Department, is made by county police officers themselves.  "We want our community to remain informed and engaged with the goal of providing justice for victims," the department said.
