Police Search For Driver, Passenger Involved In Fatal Capitol Heights Hit-Run In Stolen Car Recognize them?  The Prince George's County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance as they attempt to identify and locate a pair who may have been implicated in a fatal hit-and-run in Capitol Heights over the weekend. Capitol Heights resident Dyanny Leiva Sabillon, 20, was struck at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 28 in the 6700 block of Calmos Street by a duo in a stolen car who attempted to flee while caroming off of several parked vehicles in the area.
