Seven schools are closed Thursday, July 14, after power outages, according to Baltimore County Public Schools. The schools that are closed include: Carroll Manor Elementary School; Hereford Elementary School; Pot Spring Elementary School; Riderwood Elementary School; Summit Park Elementary School; Sparks Elementary School; Fifth District Elementary School.
