Man Missing For Months In Rockville ID'd As Body Found Near Potomac River Nearly two months after he was reported missing in Great Falls Park, a man has been identified as the body found along the Potomac River earlier this month. Rockville resident Neil Bernstein was reported missing on Friday, Feb. 17 in the Maryland side of Great Falls Park near Macarthur Boulevard in Potmoac, prompting an extensive search by concerned friends, family, and members of the Montgomery County Department of Police. Maryland Man Missing In National Park For Nearly A Month, Police Say Montgomery County Police are urging the public to help find a missing 56-year-old man.  Neil Bernstein was last seen on Friday, Feb. 17 on the Maryland side of Great Falls Park in Potomac, according to a spokesperson from the Montgomery County Police Department.  Great Falls Park is a popular national park that stretches through Maryland and Virginia. Family and police are growing concerned for Bernstein's welfare as time goes on.  Bernstein is described as being 5-foot-9 and he weighed around 190 pounds at the time of his disappearance, according to officials.
