Six men who thought they were having sexual chats with children online were actually speaking with undercover detectives, authorities in Loudoun County announced. The arrests were the result of a week-long internet chat operation between the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and Northern Virginia—Washington DC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (NOVA-DC ICAC) during the week of April 8. Authorities have identified the three people killed in this week's crash on Loudoun County Parkway. Iran K. Hinson, of Las Vegas, was operating a 2023 Dodge Challenger north on the Parkway when he lost control near Shellhorn Road and struck a Toyota Sienna taxi head-on around 10:50 p.m., the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. Three people died in a head-on crash involving a brand-new Dodge Challenger and taxi on Loudoun County Parkway Wednesday, Oct. 25, authorities said. A 33-year-old woman reported missing was found dead in Virginia, authorities said. Kelley Muscara's body was found the morning of Saturday, May 14 by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office in the area of Kincora Drive in Sterling, they said. Investigators believe there was no foul play involved in Muscara's death and are ruling it as accidental, the office said on Monday.
