12-Year-Old Struck By Vehicle In Damascus: Police A 12-year-old is in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle in Montgomery County Thursday morning, April 4, according to police. It happened near Ridge Road and Oak Drive in Damascus just before 7:50 a.m., a spokesperson with the Montgomery County Police Department told Daily Voice. The 12-year-old was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, police added. No further details were released.
