A 51-year-old man is behind bars after being busted by Maryland State Police investigators probing a Prince George's County man found in possession of child porn. Columbia resident Adam T. Rubin was arrested and faces at least 10 charges in connection to a months-long investigation into Maryland residents who possess and share illicit materials online.
