New details have been released after a Washington, DC man was killed by a 21-year-old driver on I-495 in Prince George’s County over the weekend. Olumide Stephen, 55, has been identified as the man changing a tire who was killed after Boyds, Maryland resident Surya Padmanahban unexpectedly lost control of his Toyota Prius and struck him in College Park. Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle crash that happened early on Wednesday morning in Howard County. Troopers from the Waterloo Barrack were called shortly before 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26 to a stretch of I-95 near Route 32 for a reported multi-vehicle crash. A 10-month-old baby girl from Maryland died after she fell out of the back seat of her mom's SUV and then was run over by the car over the weekend in Virginia, authorities said.
