Teacher Sought Inappropriate Photos From MS Student In Maryland, Police Say A middle school teacher in Maryland is in custody for allegedly soliciting a student, Prince George’s County Police say. Jose Zuniga Orellana, 33, of Accokeek, a teacher at James Madison Middle School in Upper Marlboro, was taken into custody for allegedly seeking inappropriate photos from a student at the school. In June, the girl came forward and advised detectives that Orellana allegedly made inappropriate comments to her and requested illicit photos of her, to which she did not comply. Howard County Man Who Offered Teenage Girls Money For 'Sex Acts' Arrested UPDATE: Howard County Police arrested Richard Morgan, 32, and charged him with two counts of solicitation of a minor, Friday evening.  The Howard County Police Department is alerting the community after a man approached two teenage girls and offered them money in exchange for sex acts, the department said on Twitter.  #HoCoPolice are alerting the public and releasing a photo of a man who approached two 14-year-old girls around 9 a.m. near the Swansfield Pool in Columbia and offered them money for sex acts.
