4-Year-Old's Death Ruled Homicide; Caretaker Charged With Child Abuse: Baltimore County Police
Police say that a 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the death of a 4-year-old earlier this year in Baltimore County. Zurail Smith has been charged with several counts of child abuse following the May 5 death of Amir James, which was ruled a homicide, authorities announced on Tuesday. According to investigators, James' body was found unresponsive inside a home in the unit block of Sollers Point Road in Dundalk.
