Second Incident Involving Barricaded Suspect In Maryland Resolved Safely, Police Say Police in Maryland gave the “all-clear” after a brief standoff with a barricaded suspect who refused to leave a Montgomery County building on Monday afternoon. Members of the Montgomery County Department of Police responded at approximately 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14 to the 14200 block of Grand Pre Road in Silver Spring to investigate an incident involving a barricaded subject, according to a spokesperson for the agency.
