Suspect Charged With Attempted Murder Months After Summertime Shooting In Baltimore: Police A suspect has been charged with attempted murder months after a 43-year-old man was shot in Baltimore, authorities announced Monday, Feb. 12. Desmond Lark, 33, is accused of shooting the victim during a dispute near the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue on Thursday, June 1, 2023. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Lark, of Baltimore, was taken into custody near the 4200 block of Pimlico Road on Thursday, Feb. 8 and charged with attempted first-degree murder. Attempted Killer Arrested In Baltimore After Being Linked To August Shooting A 30-year-old man is in custody after an attempted killing in Baltimore back in August, authorities say. Eric McCree was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 20 as a suspect in the attempted murder that occurred around 1 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 18, in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue, according to Baltimore police. The 45-year-old victim was rushed to a hospital for treatment after the shooting that left him with a gunshot wound to the hip. Police were able to identify McCree as a suspect, and have officially charged him with Attempted First-Degree murder.

The triple shooting occurred on Sunday, June 26, in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue around 7:54 p.m., Baltimore Police say. The suspects pulled into the parking lot in a grey Honda Civic, and four armed people are seen exiting the vehicle firing their weapons.
