Shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, patrol officers from the Baltimore Police Department’s Northwest District were called to the 2900 block of Oakley Avenue, where there was a reported shooting. The first report came in around 5 p.m., when a mother alerted police that her son had been shot in the 3000 block of Oakley Avenue, Tuesday, Aug. 23, according to Baltimore police.
