An alert was issued by the agency for Davis, who was last seen on Friday, Nov. 18, in the 3700 block of Overview Road wearing khaki pants, a black and orange jacket, with black and white sneakers, according to police. Davis was described as being 5-foot tall weighing approximately 157 pounds with brown eyes and dark hair.
