Frederick Man Busted For Possession, Distribution Of Child Porn: Police More than a dozen child porn charges have been levied against a Frederick County man who was arrested this week, authorities announced. Earlier this month, investigators from the Frederick Police Department launched an investigation involving Internet crimes against children that led them to George Joseph Gutmann, Jr., who was identified as a possible suspect. This week, officials worked with the county's State's Attorney's Office, and a search and seizure led to the arrest of Gutmann on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at his home.
