State Police Trooper Hospitalized After Crash With Suspected Impaired Driver In Maryland
A potentially intoxicated driver hospitalized a Maryland State Police trooper early on Monday morning after crashing through his cruiser while it was parked in a Montgomery County construction zone, officials say. Charges are pending against Washington, DC resident Anthony Bowser, 31, who injured a trooper inside a work zone area in the inner loop of I-495 near University Boulevard at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 22.
