Katravien Tyrieus Vercher, who was recently indicted on charges that include sex abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense, and other related offenses was at large, though he turned himself in this week, according to officials.
The investigation into Vercher, and his actions, remains active as of Thursday, Sept. 7.
