Serial Burglar Accused Of 27 Commercial Burglaries In Maryland Over Nearly Five Months A man accused of committing a string of commercial burglaries over the last several months has been arrested, authorities say. Paul Emanuel, 51, along with two other suspects was arrested in the 10700 block of Hickory Ridge Road after he allegedly robbed a Quick Stop Food Mart on Wednesday, Aug. 10, according to Howard County Police. Dominick Quarles, 41, and Rolando Morillo Ramirez, 24, were also arrested in connection to the Quick Stop Food Mart robbery.
