Alert Issued For Missing Teen In Maryland Law enforcement agencies are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a teen who has been missing for more than a week in Maryland. In Allegany County, the Cumberland Police Department issued an alert for 14-year-old Takota Rayne Stephens, who has not been seen since Thursday, June 16. Police described Stephens as being 5-foot-6 weighing approximately 155 pounds. He was reported missing to the police on Saturday, June 25.
