Video was released by the Baltimore Police Department on Wednesday afternoon showing a wanted suspect who acted quickly after being handed a gun and shooting his victim repeatedly.
In the video, the suspect - wearing a blue t-shirt and dark pants - was caught entering a local building, where he was handed a gun by a second unknown man, before briefly inspecting it and sticking it in his waistband.
The suspect then could be seen running down the 200 block of North Eutaw Street in pursuit of his victim, who he tracked down and shot several times at a point blank range.
However, he wasn't done yet.
While leaving the scene of the shooting, the wanted man saw his victim starting to get up and he proceeded to return, firing more shots at him while the victim attempted to crawl away.
Following the second round of shots fired, the shooter can be seen scurrying away, sprinting in the opposite direction.
The entire exchange took less than two minutes, according to police investigators. The shooting victim suffered serious injuries, but survived.
A $4,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to the arrest of the shooter.
