Unsolved Murder Of Baltimore Teen Prompts $8K Reward Offer An unsolved murder of a Baltimore teen last April has prompted detectives to offer an $8,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the case, authorities say. Kwalin Ray, 18, was shot and killed on the 1500 block of East 28th Street, around 7:31 p.m. on April 3, Baltimore Police say. Man Found Shot Inside Car In Fatal Weekend Northeast Baltimore Shooting: Police One person has died in a Northeast Baltimore shooting that happened over the weekend, authorities said.  Kwalin Ray was found suffering from gunshot wounds inside a car in the 1500 block of East 28th Street around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, Baltimore Police said. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.  On April 3rd, 2022, at 7:31pm Mr. Kwalin Ray was shot and killed in the 1500 block of East 28th Street.
