Dealer Who Sold Fentanyl, Cocaine To Undercover Baltimore Investigators Gets Time, Feds Say A drug dealer will spend years behind bars after admitting to selling fentanyl and cocaine in parts of Baltimore. Clarence Joseph Buckner, Jr., 49, was sentenced to 30 years in prison, with all but eight years suspended, though the first five will be served without the possibility of parole, Maryland AG Anthony Brown announced on Wednesday.
