Missing Teen's Body Found Near Cecil County Home: Maryland State Police Maryland State Police say family members made a grisly discovery on Monday morning when they found the body of a missing teenager not far from his Cecil County home. At approximately 8 a.m. on Monday, April 3, police say that Isaiah Workman, 16, of Conowingo, was found by family members in the 500 block of Stevens Road after he was reported missing over the weekend. According to police, Workman was last seen on Story, April 1, and was reported missing by his family to Maryland State Police on Sunday, April 2 before his body was ultimately found on Monday morning.
