Motorcyclist Injured After Crashing Into Wooded Area In Maryland: Reports A motorcyclist suffered traumatic injuries after crashing into a wooded area in Cecil County, officials announced. First responders responded to a stretch of Mechanics Valley Road in North East near the intersection of Deans Lane at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, according to the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office. The rider lost control and crashed - possibly due to a deer in the roadway - before ending up in a nearby wooded area, they said. Investigators did not release the motorcyclist's name or age.
