Stolen Poodle Puppy Possibly Sold At Shopping Center In Baltimore, Police Say

A dognapper is on the loose after stealing a 1-year-old puppy in Baltimore.

An alert was issued by the Baltimore Police Department as they hope to reunite the poodle with its family after it was taken from a home in the 2600 block of South Paca Street over the weekend and may have been sold off.

The incident was reported at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26.

Police say that detectives believe the dog may have been sold at an area shopping center after being stolen.

"The family of this puppy is extremely distraught and would just like her returned," investigators said.

As of Tuesday, Aug. 29, the dog has still not been located.
