Suspect Wanted For Killing DC Father In Front Of His Two Young Kids: Police

Washington DC Metropolitan Police are offering rewards of up to $25,000 for information regarding a suspect who shot and killed a DC father in front of his two young children, sources said.

MD Police are looking Jarrell David Harris, 27, who is wanted in connection to the death of 42-year-old Sedrick Miller earlier this month, police said. 

Police responded for a reported shooting to the 2300 block of 18th Street, Northeast around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 4, police said.

Upon arrival, they found Sedrick Miller, 42, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead. 

Initial investigation found that Miller was carrying an infant in a car seat while holding his 5-year-old's hand, WUSA reports

Harris is wanted on a DC Superior County arrest warrant charging him with first degree murder while armed, police said.
