The suspects are being held without bail after being charged with first-degree murder, the department said. The suspects include Edward Glaze, Brandon Vogelsang, Brian Rodriguez, Jeffrey Hamrick, Eugene Epkins and Jessica Cruz.
Valenti was stabbed to death outside of the Papas Smokehouse in Dundalk shortly after midnight on February 26, 2021, Baltimore County Police report. Valenti died from his injuries on March 3, 2021 at age 45.
The arrests come after four policemen were suspended following an officer-involved shooting in which it is believed police were trying to apprehend the same suspects. Baltimore County Police have not confirmed if that information is true.
