Convicted Jessup Felon Sentenced For Illegal Guns, Host Of Narcotics During Drug Bust: DOJ A convicted felon is going to spend more time behind bars after admitting to drug and weapon charges after he was busted with fentanyl and more than a dozen illegal firearms, federal officials announced. Jessup resident Edward Burton, 38, was sentenced to 13 years in prison, followed by four years of supervised release after pleading guilty to federal charges of possession of more than 400 grams of fentanyl with intent to distribute and to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
