Man Arrested For Setting Neighbor's Home Ablaze In MD With Family Inside: Fire Marshal The man who set fire to his neighbor's home while they were inside amid an ongoing dispute was arrested on Tuesday and faces attempted murder and other offenses, officials announced. North East native Joshua Edward Alexander Larkins, 27, was taken into custody on May 14 following a monthlong investigation into an intentionally set fire involving his neighbors.
