Elderly Bicyclist Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Annapolis, Police Say A 74-year-old bicyclist is dead after a hit-and-run crash in Annapolis, police say. The elderly bicyclist was found in the unit block of Hilltop Lane near Merryman Road around 10 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, according to Annapolis police. The 74-year-old man tragically passed away on the scene from injuries sustained in the crash. The vehicle did not stay at the scene and has not yet been found. 15-Year-Old Boy Airlifted To Hospital After Being Shot In Annapolis: Police A 15-year-old boy has been hospitalized following an afternoon shooting in Annapolis, authorities said.  Police responded to the reported shooting in the area of Frederick Douglas Street and Medgar Evers Street around 4:10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, Annapolis Police said.  The victim needed to be airlifted to a hospital and at the time of the transport, they were listed as being in stable condition, police said.
