A 49-year-old accupuncturist found bleeding in Vermont led police to a horrific discovery in Massachusetts, authorities said.
Janette R. MacAusland, 49, of Wellesley, Massachusetts, is charged as a fugitive from justice tied to a murder investigation after two children were found dead inside her home, according to police in Vermont.
According to The Independent, MacAusland's husband of nine years, Samuel MacAusland, had filed for divorce last October. The two were allegedly involved in a bitter custody battle over the 6- and 7-year-old children.

A New England man is accused of posing as a teenager online to sexually exploit a Pennsylvania girl, police announced on Friday, April 24.
John Pulk, 33, of Maine, turned himself in following the investigation, according to the police.
Pulk is charged with sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor, and related offenses, Lower Southampton Township Police said.

Jeffrey MacDonald, 36, of Wilbraham, is charged with murder and assault and battery on a police officer after his arrest at Hotel UMass, according to the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office.

A Massachusetts man accused of cutting off his GPS monitor and driving hundreds of miles to rob a Pennsylvania bank is now in custody, state police announced.
Christopher Grannis, 38, of Worcester, is charged in the robbery at Pennian Bank in Howe Township (Perry County), Pennsylvania State Police said on Wednesday, April 22.
