A 71,650-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Bergen County has been sold for $17 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, the brokerage that assisted in the sale
Ridgemont Shopping Center attracted significant interest, with more than 20 offers from investors, highlighting its prime location and tenant mix, the firm said.
The property, anchored by Lidl, is home to 12 national and regional tenants, including Staples, Chase Bank, and Starbucks, at 169-199 Kinderkamack Road in Park Ridge.

Authorities are investigating a crash in Middlesex County that left a 34-year-old woman dead on Saturday night, Jan. 11.

A 32-year-old Connecticut woman was arrested on multiple charges, including operating under the influence (OUI) and risk of injury to a child, following a traffic stop on I-84, Connecticut, State Police said.
A driver later identified as Precious Seay, 32, of Winsted was spotted by troopers conducting an OUI enforcement detail going 80 mph and swerving out of her lane near exit 16 in Middlebury around 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9, police said.
